Hair restoration is a process. Many customers notice improvements in scalp comfort (such as reduced itching or dryness) within the first 1–2 weeks. Visible changes in hair growth or fullness typically occur within 4–5 weeks or more with consistent use.
How often should I use the products?
• Thrive (Restorative Elixir): Daily or at least 4–5 times per week
• Bloom (Hydration Mist): Daily or as needed for hydration
• Nourish (Botanical Oil): 2–4 times per week or as needed to seal moisture

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $55.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked as delivered, Azaria is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure location. Contact the carrier with carrier related issues.
RETURNS & POLICIES
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours at support@azarianaturals.com with your order number and a photo of the item. If approved, a replacement will be issued.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before processing begins, whichever comes first.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
