Our Philosophy on Results At Azaria, we believe restoration is a journey that requires patience and consistency. Because our formulas are botanical and results are cumulative, we encourage you to experience your chosen system for at least 30 days to allow the ingredients to work with your natural growth cycle.

Return Policy Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns on opened or used items. Refund eligibility is based on:  

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@azarianaturals.com within 48 hours with a photo of the item (required), order number (required), and we will prioritize your replacement at no additional cost. Please allow 2-3 business days for review.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Information: Azaria is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please ensure your address is correct before submitting order.
  2. Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked as delivered, Azaria is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly.
  3. Allergies and Sensitivities: We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. Individual responses to botanical ingredients may vary.
